Study on Hospital Service Quality Perceptions and Patient Satisfaction

Abstract


Patients’ perceptions about health services seem to have been largely ignored by health care providers in developing countries. Those perceptions, especially about service quality, might shape confidence. It is a challenging issue for healthcare providers to realize what elements of patients’ perception significantly influence on patient satisfaction. In our study several elements from the patients’ service quality perception were evaluated, and elements which had a significant influence on patient satisfaction were identified.
