Abstract


Nowadays Green HR is a very booming concept. Green HR basically involves environment friendly HR practices and how it can contribute in making the organization environment friendly for its sustainable growth. Green HR means “eliminating wasteful spending” and conserving resources. It involves taking advantage of new technology to improve business life. Now a day green HR concept is followed by various companies because various problems are faced by HR practices in company and green HR make the company cost effective and environmental friendly by taking the advantages of the new upcoming technology and conserving resources.
